No Rush Orders

We do not accept rush or urgent orders. All items are handled according to our standard production timeline.

Processing Time

• Classic Rubber Stamps

Classic Rubber Stamps orders can be collected on same day after admin respond to your orders. Take note that cut-off time is 5pm, after 5pm will be next day collection.

• Pre-Ink Stamps / Business Cards / Custom Nametags

Pre-Ink Stamps / Business Cards / Custom Nametags orders require 1 business day for designing, making, or printing.

• Design Service

Design service orders require 1-3 business days for designing.

Payment Policy

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. No work will begin prior to payment.

Unpaid Orders

If an order remains unpaid for 7 business days, it will be automatically canceled without further notice.

Order Cancellation & Restrictions

Customers who repeatedly cancel orders may be restricted or banned from placing future orders.

Rubber Stamp Usage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any misuse of rubber stamps, including but not limited to fraudulent activities. By placing an order, the customer confirms and accepts full responsibility for how the stamp is used.

Authority & Approval

For company-related stamps, we assume the customer has proper authorization from the respective company to produce the stamp.

Fraud & Legal Action

If any stamp is found or suspected to be used for fraudulent purposes, we reserve the right to report and submit customer details to the relevant authorities for investigation.

Full Payment Required

We only accept full payment upfront. Orders will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Payment Method

Payments must be made via online bank transfer only. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.

Proof of Payment

Customers are required to send proof of payment after completing the transfer for verification purposes.

Non-Payment

Orders that are not paid will not be processed and may be canceled according to our order policy.

Self Collection

Self-collection at our store Free of Charge (FOC). Collection details and timing will be arranged once the order is ready. The collection point will be at The Mall Gadong. Please show receipt in order to collect your product.
