No, unless you checkout then yes.
After successfully placing an order, you will received an email notification.
Our admin will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS with the contact number you've provided for details regarding your order e.g. if you order rubber stamp, our admin will need your current rubber stamp design sample by you taking a photo of it.
Once you agree or confirm with the proofing send my our Admin, only then you will make payment via Online Bank Transfer (BIBD).
First we will verify your payment based on the screen shot or image of transaction you send to our admin.
Once confirmed, we will issue a receipt as proof of payment which you will need to show to our staff in order to collect your item.
As of now we only accept payment via Online Bank Transfer (BIBD)
You can cancel by contacting our admin BUTONLY IF the item has not been processed (before proofing stage). We only asked for payment after you agree with the proofing and once process there is no cancellation or refund.

Unfortunately we don't, customer have to contact and pay their own Runner to collect at the collection point.
Customer can collect their item at Perusahaan Jaya Indah, 1st Floor, The Mall, Gadong (Near Surau) and also must show receipt of payment to the staff.
